ICL currently operates from two countries; Kenya, and Somalia with four offices in Somalia; Kismayu, Mogadishu, Gedo and Bay, the Company has over 78 permanent workers and several casual laborers as need may rise. The company’s Associates are registered Engineers with extensive experience in logistics, buildings’ engineering services spanning over a long period. They have individually/jointly and/or severally, designed and supervised to successful completion of major projects. The company has members of staff who are proactive, self-motivated and adequately equipped to effectively handle all aspects of documentations and correspondents. The firm stresses the importance of detailed project’s analysis coupled with extensive and satisfactory client’s liaison prior to work commencement, establishment of a detailed works program and development of realistic projects’ budgetary cost projection. It is the firm’s treasure intention to build and maintain a sound clientele base and reputation of providing professional services to our clients that has a class of its own ICL can only be achieved through quality standards and highest level of professional ICLs and codes of practice. Our objective is service delivery in competitive and challenging projects ICL require thoroughness, thoughtfulness, creativity and originality of implantation ideas. Our staff is selfmotivated and dedicated with a drive for hard work, honesty, analytical and friendly to work with. They have strong conceptual skills capable of working long and/or odd hours, bearing in mind the importanceof timely service delivery – especially to beat deadlines of fast track projects.
